The Union Street Festival is one of San Francisco’s largest, free summer arts festivals, and attracted over 100,000 attendees to the 27th Annual event on June 7 & 8, 2003. A celebration of art, food and music, the festival features over 200 artists, 20 gourmet food booths, outstanding live entertainment on two stages, bistro-style cafes, spacious wine and beer gardens, and, new this year, an expanded area for children and their families.
